Working with Buyers-Bank Owned Real Estate in Fishers

Hi, today I want to talk about a young lady I have that is trying to purchase a bank owned property. We got a great deal on the home and as we were nearing the closing date learned that the 2nd mortgage was not going to release the lien and my buyer suddenly in 48 hours was going to have no where to live! I worked diligently with the sellers realtor and the seller to sign a pre possession agreement allowing her to move into the home rent free for at least 90 days as we sort through this mess. Everyone agreed and my buyer moved in 7/1/08 rent free!

I am staying in constant contact with the other agent and trying to come up with all types of scenarios that might work. It would have been easy to say to the young lady, "you'll have to find another place to live while this gets worked out"; but our commitment to our clients is more far reaching than that.
