Being a Real Estate Agent in Fishers Indiana

This is the busiest time of the year for realtors; Spring. There is a lot of conversation at our office around sending "canned" newsletter, birthday cards, notes, etc. There is a lot of conversation around time management; having clerical staff man the paperwork, the first line of calls, etc. During this conversation it becomes very clear that we on our team are different. It is probably why we are pulling our hair out about this time of year. When you work with one of us, you work with one of us. You are never handed off, you are never not in the loop of what is going on, you are never made to feel like a process rather than a person, you are never waiting long period of time for us to call you back. We are, in a nut shell, geniune. I hope if we have anyone reading our blog thinking about which agent to choose, this will tip the hat. It is most certainly something that distinquishes us from many.
