Working hard for sellers

I've spent the last few days retaking pictures. I am amazed at how many "snow" pictures are still on MIBOR; this is a true sign of a realtor that is NOT working for their sellers. I haven't had a snow picture in months! However, with Spring flowers bloom, trees fill in, grass is greener; so off I went to retake some pictures. I think the first picture buyers see on the internet do make a difference if they go further into the listing, so this is important to me and especially to my sellers. First impressions are key. I think there are few realtors who would do this and suggest it as another reason sellers list with us and you should consider us when listing your home.
